Terms and Conditions - Product Customizer

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Product Customizer Lite (the "Free Service") and/or the Product Customizer Premium plugin (the "Paid Service"), collectively referred to as the "Plugin", operated by [elevenleaves.

Your access to and use of the Plugin is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Plugin. By accessing or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access or use the Plugin.

1. License Grant

1.1. Product Customizer Lite (Free Service)

The Product Customizer Lite plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPLv2+). A copy of this license can be found at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html.

Under the terms of the GPLv2+, you are free to use, modify, and redistribute the Product Customizer Lite plugin, provided you adhere to the terms of the GPLv2+ license.

1.2. Product Customizer Premium (Paid Service)

Access to and use of the Product Customizer Premium plugin requires the purchase of a valid license key.

Upon purchase and activation of a valid license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Product Customizer Premium plugin on the number of websites specified by your purchased license plan (e.g., Single Site, 3 Sites, Unlimited Sites) for the duration specified by your license plan (e.g., Annual, Lifetime).

This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable license fees. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product Customizer Premium plugin code or your license key.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Product Customizer Premium plugin, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Plugin, except as permitted for the Lite Version under the GPLv2+.
  • Use the Product Customizer Premium plugin on more websites than permitted by your purchased license.
  • Share, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense your Product Customizer Premium license key.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Plugin.

3. Support

3.1. Product Customizer Lite (Free Service)

Support for the Product Customizer Lite plugin is provided on a voluntary, as-available basis primarily through the WordPress.org support forums for the plugin. We do not guarantee a specific response time or resolution for issues related to the Free Service.

3.2. Product Customizer Premium (Paid Service)

Support for the Product Customizer Premium plugin is available to users with a valid and active license key. Support is typically provided via [Specify Your Support Channel, e.g., our online support desk, email at [email protected]]. Support covers assistance with plugin features, bug fixes, and setup guidance. Support does not cover conflicts with third-party plugins or themes, website customization beyond the plugin's features, or issues on websites where the license is inactive or expired.

4. Updates

4.1. Product Customizer Lite (Free Service)

Updates for the Product Customizer Lite plugin, including bug fixes and feature enhancements compatible with the free version, will be delivered through the standard WordPress update mechanism via the WordPress.org repository, as and when available.

4.2. Product Customizer Premium (Paid Service)

Updates for the Product Customizer Premium plugin, including new features, improvements, and bug fixes, are available only to users with a valid and active license key. Updates are typically delivered via the WordPress dashboard. If your license key expires, you will no longer receive updates for the Premium version.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Plugin (both Lite and Premium versions) is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, compatible with all third-party software or hardware (including themes, plugins, or hosting environments), secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Plugin at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall [Your Company Name, e.g., elevenleaves] or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Plugin (both Lite and Premium versions), even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Product Customizer Premium plugin during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms
