Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

Last Updated: November 24, 2025

At Circle (owned and operated by Eleven Leaves), the safety of our community is our absolute priority. We have a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to preventing the distribution, promotion, or creation of any material that harms or exploits minors.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that endangers minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any depiction of sexual violence or sexual conduct involving minors.
  • Grooming behavior (adults building emotional connections with minors for sexual purposes).
  • Sharing, requesting, or saving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Sexualization of fictional characters depicted as minors.

Any user found engaging in these activities will be permanently banned immediately, and their data will be preserved for law enforcement purposes.

2. Detection and Moderation

To enforce these standards, Circle employs a combination of safety measures:

  • User Reporting: An in-app reporting mechanism allows users to flag content or profiles for "Inappropriate Behavior" or "Safety Concerns." These reports are prioritized for immediate review.
  • Moderation: Our team reviews flagged content. Content identified as CSAE is removed instantly.

3. Reporting to Authorities

In accordance with international laws and Google Play policies, if we identify content involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), we will:

  1. Immediately remove the content from our platform.
  2. Permanently suspend the offending account.
  3. Report the incident and relevant data to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, and/or appropriate local law enforcement agencies.

4. How to Report a Violation

If you see any content on Circle that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately through one of the following channels:

  • In-App: Use the "Report" button (3-dots menu) on any User Profile, Post, or Chat. Select "Prohibited Content" or "Underage/Safety."
  • Email Support: Contact our safety team directly at [email protected]. Please include screenshots and usernames if available.

This policy is part of our broader Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. By using Circle, you agree to adhere to these safety standards.
