Privacy Policy for FinMate

This policy explains how FinMate ("the App") handles your information.

1. Data Collection and Storage

FinMate is an offline-first app. All financial data, including transactions, budgets, invoices, and vouchers, is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal financial data on our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

Google Drive: If you use the Backup feature, the app uploads your data to your own personal Google Drive. We never have access to this data.
AdMob: We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID to show relevant ads.

3. Permissions

The app may request access to your storage (to save PDF reports) and your Google Account (for optional backups).

4. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete all information by uninstalling the app or clearing the app cache in your device settings. See our Deletion Guide.
